Meet Dr. Priyu Gupta Westwood, NJ Dr. Priyu Gupta, D.D.S. is a Board-Certified Periodontist whose personal and professional journey is rooted in the vibrant communities of Northern New Jersey. Raised in Wayne, NJ, Dr. Gupta graduated from Depaul Catholic High School before attending NYU to complete a rigorous seven-year accelerated B.A./D.D.S. combined program.Her ambition and dedication propelled her into a fellowship in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Here, Dr. Gupta had the unique opportunity to hone her skills under some of the most esteemed figures in periodontics and implant dentistry. Dr. Gupta obtained her Board Certification from the American Board of Periodontology in 2008, and has been in practice ever since, beginning with an office in Paramus, NJ, appropriately named It was call Paramus Periodontics (2009 – 2012). In 2013, she moved her practice to its current location in Westwood. Today, Dr. Gupta is recognized as a leader in Periodontics, advancing her profession through volunteer work on the Executive Board of the Bergen County Dental Association and through an appointment as the Bergen County Trustee to the ADA (American Dental Association). Under her leadership, Westwood Periodontics and it’s all female team, has garnered a reputation for compassionate, conservative, and patient-centered care. In addition to a higher level of care, the practice is also known as the “the place to go" for patients experiencing problems with their dental implants. Dr. Gupta’s extensive knowledge base and experience has led to a unique expertise in identifying and course correcting implant issues. As a New Jersey native, Dr. Gupta is proud to serve her community. From her roots in Wayne, NJ to her flourishing practice in Westwood, Dr. Gupta remains dedicated to enhancing the oral health and well-being of her patients, one smile at a time. Dr. Gupta currently resides in Old Tappen, NJ with her husband and cute pup, Kobe. |
